“Convert Primary to Logical” could help you quick change partition type when there are four primary partitions already, and you could not create more partitions.

Convert Primary Partition to Logical with Partition Assistant

Step1. Launch Partition Assistant, in the main console, right-click the partition which you want to convert to logical, in the “Advanced feature” select “Convert to logical”.

Step2. In the pop-up window, click “Ok” to affirm the operation.

Step3. Back to main console, click “Apply” on the tool bar to commit the operation.

Note: You could not convert any system to logical partition.
