The “Shrink Volume” feature in Windows 8 Disk Management allows you to reduce partition size and generate some unallocated space. Then, how to make best use of the unallocated space? Can you extend boot partition or system partition with the unallocated space?
Step1: Open Windows 8 Disk Management. Right click on the volume (here’s D) that you want to shrink and select “Shrink Volume”.
