Below will split the system partition C: into two partitions (C and D).
1. The system volume C: is a large partition (about 80GB), and there is only one system partition (Except E: System Reserved Partition--only about 95MB) on the disk. Here is AOMEI Partition Assistant Professional Edition main interface:
2. Right click C: partition, and choose "Split Partition" in the drop-down menu.
3. In new window, specify the related information for the new partition which will be split from C: system partition.
4. Back to the main interface, you will find the Drive C: has been divided into two partitions. The partition D: is a new drive. Please click "Apply" on toolbar to commit the split partition operation to physical disk. After applying the operations, you could see that there is a new partition D drive.
